A review of the current osteopathic research will be presented prior to addressing challenges and barriers to osteopathic scholarly activity. Dr. Wolf will then discuss strategies to help initiate research and share resources for existing research, funding, grant writing, and more.

The objectives of the webinar are to:

  • Address hurdles for osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) research
  • Understand the volume of current research
  • Assess needs for the future
  • Define evidence-based medicine (EBM)
