“Growing up with a chiropractor for a dad showed me there are many different ways in which people can benefit from manipulation treatments that are not common in allopathic practice. For this reason, I chose osteopathic medicine so that I would have more tools with which I could better treat my patients. When I heard that an osteopathic medical school was being built in the Pacific Northwest, my family and I decided to move closer, where I completed my undergraduate coursework. I was able to volunteer at PNWU-COM before becoming a student there, and was amazed at how friendly the atmosphere was. Everyone was very approachable, and I felt at home. PNWU-COM is everything I expected it to be. The faculty is amazing and professors truly care about the success of the students."
