National Programs Representative
Hi all! My name is Paras Savla and I am a third year osteopathic medical student at Touro University California (TUCOM-CA).
I am a California native – born and raised in Los Angeles. I completed my undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley in Chemical Biology. I am a huge sports fan and will talk about any and every sport out there (even the ones I’m not too familiar with – I love to learn new things!). In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and going on adventures. I am the one who somehow finds enough energy to not sleep for an entire weekend, so get ready for this year!
I am excited to serve as this year’s Programs Representative. I want to foster a bond that transcends COSGP; I want to connect all osteopathic medical students to each other. I will also be managing the TOUCH program as it transitions to a new system, so I am excited to honor the service of all our colleagues on a national level. But most of all, I am thrilled and humbled by the opportunity to serve you all. I look forward to this year!
