Advice

  • Tie it together with Cardiology and Endocrine.
  • Know histology well, make charts of fluid/electrolyte flow in the kidney, understand which parts do what and where things are reabsorbed and know where diuretics act and how.
  • Break it down. Neprhitic syndrome vs nephrotic syndrome, etc.
