2012 LMSA Scholarship For Medical Students

The Latino Medical Student Association (LMSA) Scholarship was developed to help U.S. medical students with the financial burden of applying to accredited U.S. medical schools. Applicants must be committed to pursuing a medical degree and dedicated to serving the Latino and underserved communities. Eligible applicants should either be applying for matriculation into a U.S.-accredited medical school (DO or MD) in 2012, or be enrolled as a medical student in a U.S.-accredited medical school by the time the award is given, with an expected graduation date of 2012 or later. A completed application will include the application form, personal statement, personal financial statement, and proof of acceptance to a U.S. accredited medical school.
