The National Board of Osteopathic Examiners (NBOME) has announced two vice presidential appointments. Jeanne Sandella, DO, has been named NBOME’s Vice President of Clinical Skills Testing, effective April 1, 2012, when she replaced Dr. Erik Langenau. Dr. Sandella has been affiliated with NBOME since 2002, and since 2008 served as Associate Director for Case Development and Standardization Patient Training at NBOME’s National Center for Clinical Skills Testing (NCCST).

Following his five-year tenure as Vice President of Clinical Skills Testing, Erik Langenau, DO, became NBOME’s first Vice President for Continuous Professional Development & Innovations as of January 1, 2012. The Vice President for Continuous Professional Development & Innovations position replaces NBOME’s former Director for Innovations in Testing position.
