On June 3, the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Application Service (AACOMAS), the centralized application service for the nation’s osteopathic medical schools, began accepting applications for fall 2014. Applicants and advisors are encouraged to utilize the 2014 AACOMAS Instruction Manual, a comprehensive guide to successfully completing the osteopathic medical school application.
The 2014 Osteopathic Medical College Information Book (CIB) is another valuable resource for prospective applicants, students, pre-health advisors, and others interested in osteopathic medical school. Updated admissions requirements, tuition and fees, important deadlines, special programs, and a brief description are included for each of the nation’s 29 osteopathic medical colleges and four branch campuses. The publication also includes a detailed osteopathic medical education timeline and information on careers in osteopathic medicine. The 2014 CIB is available in print and online.
