Under the theme, Osteopathic Medical Education: A Focus on Resilience, AACOM’s annual conference will provide attendees with the opportunity to meet and collaborate with keynote speakers, leaders, and colleagues, and discuss contemporary concepts and issues seen throughout the medical education continuum—emphasizing the increasing role that resilience plays in the medical education and health care landscapes.

The AACOM 2016 Annual Conference program will highlight how resiliency allows the variety of stakeholders/members of the OME community—from deans, faculty, provosts, medical educators, admissions, directors, communications officers, student affairs directors, department heads, and development directors, to DO students and osteopathic physicians—to adapt to the changes in health care in order to better serve, educate, and provide care.
