Join with AACOM and your fellow colleges of osteopathic medicine in a special effort to provide students with the medical and cultural competencies they need to effectively deliver health care to our nation’s military service members, veterans and their families.

In honor of Veterans Day and as part of its Joining Forces initiative, on November 11, AACOM member colleges are encouraged to organize a two-hour military medicine educational activity for their students, utilizing their own resources and/or the resources AACOM has developed and compiled for this purpose.
