Breaking News!

AACOM is pleased to announce its new alliance with the National Healthcare Career Network (NHCN).  The NHCN is a growing network of 100 top healthcare associations and professional organizations including the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the Association of American Medical Colleges, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and many more.  AACOM’s alliance with NHCN will allow your job openings to be posted to many more relevant sites and will increase your reach to over 7,000 resumes, giving you a one-stop-shop to find targeted and quality candidates.

About NHCN

Expansive broadcast of job openings to other organization job sites – Registered employers have immediate access to the NHCN to enhance your 2009 recruitment efforts.  Your jobs will post to all relevant sites.  Relevancy is determined by the categories (disciplines) the participating Network organizations have selected, so if your institution is looking for a residency program director, for example, the network will post to all organizations in the Network that have selected “academic/research” as a category.  Other broad categories include: executive level positions, operations, administration/clerical, and quality assurance/risk management.

Fees – The good news is that there is no increase in the current fee structure in order to take advantage of the benefits offered by NHCN.

About AACOM’s Job Connection

Easy online job management – As an AACOM Job Connection participant, you are able to enter job descriptions, check the status of postings, renew or discontinue postings, and continue to make payments online.

Job activity tracking – Your online account will include reports that show you the number of individuals that have viewed your job or applied online, and even how many times your job was sent out in a “job agent.”  You’ll see at a glance how effective your ad is.

Auto notification – Set the criteria for your ideal job candidate and AACOM’s Job Connection will e-mail you when new resumes match your criteria.  No time is wasted visiting the site every day to see new candidates.

Company awareness – The AACOM Job Connection can be a great opportunity for promoting your institution. Along with each job posting, you can include information about your company, your corporate logo, a Google Map to your location and a link to your web site.
