AACOM recently established a student career advising web resource with input from faculty, staff and student leaders.  The resource is designed for osteopathic medical students and their advisors and mentors to facilitate effective decision making regarding future practice options and the selection of a residency program.  The resource includes effective practices in student advisement and stories of individual student journeys toward residency.
