This webinar will introduce viewers to AACOM's Office of Government Relations (GR), describe resources and opportunities the Assembly of Osteopathic Graduate Medical Educators (AOGME) community can take advantage of, and provide information on graduate medical education (GME) policy issues. The webinar will also provide an overview of AACOM's new Public Policy Agenda for the 116th Congress, which reflects the association's legislative and regulatory priorities to ensure that osteopathic medical education is an active force in the formulation of national health and higher education policies.

- Contribute to and become involved in ED to MED, AACOM's national grassroots advocacy campaign that elevates graduate student debt issues in the halls of Congress
- Be considered by AACOM for federal nominations
- Utilize resources such as the Washington Insider to stay informed and engaged in policy issues, advocacy opportunities, and federal funding and programs
This AOGME webinar will be presented by Pamela Murphy, MSW, Senior Vice President of Government Relations at AACOM, and Mary-Lynn Bender, Senior Director of Government and Public Relations at AACOM.
