ACGME Program Requirements Posted for Review and Comment

Several ACGME program requirements and accompanying Impact Statements are posted for review and comment. These include program requirements for Neurological Surgery, Orthopaedic Surgery and Otolaryngology with the comment deadline of December 26, 2019  Read more.

Updated Specialty-Specific Application for ONMM 

The Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine Review Committee (ONMM RC) recently updated its Specialty-Specific Application. This is available on the ONMM  Program Requirements and FAQs and Applications page. All application submissions must use the updated specialty-specific application.

Status of Applications to the ACGME

Table 1 provides a brief snapshot of the status of ACGME applications through the single accreditation system as of December 20, 2019. The data are pulled from the ACGME Accreditation Data System (ADS) public site. These data only capture applications of programs and institutions through the single accreditation system process and do not include programs that may have been previously ACGME accredited, such as dually-accredited programs.
