Scholarly activity is a critical component of today’s graduate medical education system. Students, residents and faculty all have a role to play and need to understand how to create scholarly work in the context of clinical training and practice. As a clinician-educator- investigator, and now editor, the presenter has learned many lessons through his career that he will share on how to create and disseminate scholarly activity.
