“Osteopathic Medicine recognizes the complexity of disease and the simplicity of health.  In my view, osteopathic medicine’s most valuable tenet is to trust in the body’s natural ability to heal itself when given the proper conditions.  Osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT) is a powerful tool to accomplish this healing.

“The most striking aspect of WVSOM is its genuine warmth.  The atmosphere is kind, the environment is professional and supportive, and the scenery is nothing less than the gorgeous Appalachian Mountains, where I was born and raised.

“As a DO, I hope to eliminate communication barriers and ensure solid partnerships with my patients.  Empowered by the new systems-based curriculum at WVSOM and my fluency in both English and Spanish, caring for the entire community is a goal within reach.”
