  • Do a lot of different practice questions that follow the board style. While I thought that I was pretty solid with biology, I had a hard time transitioning to the new question style.
  • I copied and pasted all pictures from our professor and put them into a PowerPoint so I could quiz myself with first the picture, then the description. I also thought verbal quizzing with my roommate what helpful!
  • I made PowerPoints of all the histology slides and blacked out the answers to make sure I really knew what was on the slides.
  • Draw out a summary of lectures.
  • Make your own flashcards.
  • The best advice for studying for Cell Molecular and Biology is to study the material on your own a couple of times and then review it out loud with one or two other people. I found that this really helped me to remember the material.
