Per CDC guidelines, attendees must be up to date on their COVID-19 vaccinations, including any booster dose(s). Proof of up to date vaccination status will be required and verified prior to entrance. Learn more about our vaccination verification process.
We invite and encourage those who are not vaccinated to join us virtually via the online platform. Both in-person and online attendees are eligible for CME credits. More information about CME is available on the registration page.
You will need to download our online screening app and upload your proof of vaccination. Further instructions are provided in the registration confirmation email and here. Make sure to take a digital photograph of both sides of your personal vaccination record card and store it on your smartphone or bring a printed copy, as a back-up.
Masks are optional.

I (and on behalf of my guest(s)) waive and release AACOM and its industry partners, and their employees and agents, from and against claims, liabilities and expenses arising from injury, sickness or death from contraction or spread of COVID-19 or other communicable disease due to travel to or attendance at an event hosted by AACOM.
I agree to not attend any AACOM event if I feel ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case.
This waiver and release are binding on me and my heirs and successors.
