Registration Policies and Deadlines
 

Payment is required to complete your registration. 

Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted.

If you must pay by check, complete the paper registration form, print, and mail with your payment to:

By February 27:

  • Payment must be received, or onsite registration fee will apply. 
  • Cancel your registration for a full refund (less a $75 processing fee) via email to annualconf@aacom.org. Refunds will be made in the same form as original payment.

Instead of cancelling your registration, you may send a substitute. Submit the requiest via email by March 6 with your replacement named or visit the onsite registration counter with a written notice of the substitution.
