AACOM’s 2012 Annual Meeting, held March 28-31 at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, DC, focused on Building Healthy Behaviors: Medical Education for Prevention and Change, with sessions that explored how best to transform future physicians into change agents who can have real and lasting impact on the behaviors of their patients.

Sutherland, Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Miriam Alexander, MD, MPH, Director, General Preventive Medicine Residency; Director, Mid-Atlantic Public Health Training Center, Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health; President, American College of Preventive Medicine.
