The Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC) is proud to announce the sixth event in the 2018 IPEC Webinar Series aimed at highlighting trends and activities in interprofessional education and practice.
Register for the webinar "Implementing IPE to Serve the Underserved" on Thursday, September 20 at 2:00 PM ET featuring panelists Kim Fenesy, DMD, Vice Dean at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, School of Dental Medicine, and James R. Kilgore, PhD, PA-C, Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, School of Health Professions. Drs. Fenesy and Kilgore will share remarks on strategies and approaches on how to foster and support interprofessional collaborative practices to serve underserved populations and contribute to the reduction of health disparities.
Health professions faculty, students, and clinicians will discover best practices and exemplars that they can use to assist with IPE efforts at their home institutions.
