Presentation Information
- EL23 PPT Template
Use the Educating Leaders 2023 branded PowerPoint template to craft your presentation. - If not using the EL23 PPT template
- make your SECOND SLIDE the DISCLOSURE SLIDE
- Submit your slides in 16:9 format. To do this in PowerPoint, click on the “Design” tab at the top of the PowerPoint menu, select “Slide Size,” and choose “Wide Format 16:9.”
- Use session number, last name, you title of choice for the file name of any uploaded material.

Presentation Definitions
Onsite
Presentations will be delivered onsite at the hotel conference venue.
Select presentations will be recorded live (then moved to on-demand).
Presenters must upload a recording of the presentation by April 17 to be used in the event of technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
Livestream Onsite
Presentations will be delivered onsite at the hotel conference venue and will be viewed live by online conference registrants.
Select presentations will be viewed live streamed to online attendees (then moved to on-demand).
On-Demand
Presentations will be available to all registered attendees to view online at their convenience.
Presenters must upload a recording of the presentation by April 7.
