I want to express my sincere gratitude to all AOGME members who participated and contributed to making AACOM’s annual conference, Educating Leaders 2025 (EL25) a success! At this year’s conference in Arlington, Texas, AOGME hosted its second consecutive preconference workshop on GME development strategies in underserved and community-based settings and held its annual AOGME Awards & Collegium of Fellows induction reception. Additionally, several AOGME members attended or served as speakers and participants for sessions in the main conference. This included the inaugural AACOM GME Development Fellowship preconference workshop and the Council on Residency Placement full-day preconference workshop on advising and career development strategies to maximize residency match success. We are grateful to those who were involved in the planning efforts, abstract reviewers, and all others who participated in preconference workshops and EL25 events and sessions.
