First day warehouse will begin receiving advance shipments without surcharges.

ADVANCE ORDER DISCOUNT DEADLINE
All orders must be received with payment in full by this date to receive discounted pricing.

ADVANCE ORDER DEADLINE - CUSTOM GRAPHICS & CUSTOM TABLE THROWS
All orders must be received with payment in full by this date to guarantee production of the order for the show. These items will not be available to order after the deadline date.

Last day for advance shipments to arrive at warehouse without surcharges.

Exhibitor Service Kit

Alliance Exposition is the official general service contractor for Educating Leaders 2024. Please use their online ordering website to place your order. Shipping instructions, shipping labels, material handling information and rates can also be found on their website. To log in, please refer to the email sent on February 16, or see below.

INVITATION TO LOGIN
The initial email campaign inviting exhibitors to log into the event portal will be sent from ExhibitorAssistance@alliance-exposition.com. The sender's name will be Alliance Nationwide Exposition.

EXISTING USERS
For exhibitors who are existing users in Alliance Online from prior events, you will be prompted to log in using your existing credentials. This is your email address and the password created in the past. If you do not recall your password, there is a reset button on the login page.

NEW USERS
For exhibitors who are new users, the email campaign will intuitively prompt you to create a password before linking you to the event portal.

Registration is closed as of March 5. Thank you for being so supportive of our conference.

Please note, we do not offer an exhibitor-only registration, there is only one registration type – full conference registration. In addition to registering your company as an exhibitor, everyone attending/exhibiting at the conference must register as a full conference attendee.
