AACOMAS Application Fee Waiver
A limited number of AACOMAS fee waivers are available for each AACOMAS application cycle. Fee waivers are worth $198 each as detailed below.
What is a Fee Waiver?
A fee waiver is an application fee discount granted to applicants who apply for the waiver and who meet the specific requirements described in the AACOMAS instructions. The amount of the fee waiver may cover some or all of your program application fees.
There are a limited number of fee waivers available in each application cycle, and they are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information about how to qualify for a fee waiver, see the AACOMAS Instructions and FAQ
Eligibility
Fee waivers are awarded to qualified applicants until available funds run out for the cycle. See the AACOMAS Application Instructions for fee waiver criteria and any additional information.
Recipient Benefits
Applicants awarded the AACOMAS Fee Waiver can expect to receive funds to cover the initial application fee of $198*. If an approved applicant applies to more than one program, he/she/they are responsible for the additional designation fee.
For example: An applicant is awarded a fee waiver and applies to three (3) programs. The fee waiver covers one of the three and the applicant would be responsible for paying $120 for the other two programs to which he/she/they have applied.
Additional notes:
- Payment may be made by credit/debit card only.
- Application materials will not be processed until payment is received.

Apply for a Fee Waiver
You will need to complete an AACOMAS Fee Waiver form to apply for the waiver. See below for more details:
- Access the Fee Waiver Form in the PERSONAL Information section of the AACOMAS application.
- Review all the guidance regarding the fee waiver BEFORE submitting your application. Fee waivers received after an application has been submitted will not be considered.
- Fee waivers are limited and only valid for 14 days (including holidays and weekends) from the time you are approved.
- Be prepared to submit your application within that 14-day period, if you are approved.
