ICOM Student Delivers Medical Supplies Donated to St. Luke's
Student Doctor Lei Ye (third from left), a first-year medical student at Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM) and an active member of the Idaho Chinese Organization (ICO), helped to deliver masks, gloves, and other supplies to aid healthcare providers in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Third-Year OU-HCOM Students Begin Public Health Rotation
As part of its efforts to help the state of Ohio in its battle against the COVID-19 outbreak, the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine (OU-HCOM) has created a COVID-19 public health rotation for third-year medical students. The four-week course was designed by the medical school in partnership with the Ohio Department of Health and implemented with help from other state agencies.

PCOM Celebrates Match Day Virtually
On Friday, March 20, Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM)’s fourth-year students in the doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) program and fifth-year students in the doctor of clinical psychology program celebrated the news of their Match. In the wake of COVID-19 and strict social distancing restrictions, students took their celebrations online, sharing news of their successes on social media via the hashtag #PCOMmatch. With Less Than Six Weeks Until Graduation, TCOM Students Ready to Tackle COVID-19
In just six weeks, scores of students from the University of North Texas Health Science Center—Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (UNTHSC/TCOM) will be joining the ranks as medical professionals. Little did they know just a month ago, they would be joining the profession at a time of worldwide crisis due to the outbreak of COVID-19. VCOM-Virginia Students Still Celebrated Their Match Day
Congratulations to all of the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine Virginia Campus (VCOM-Virginia) fourth-year students who matched into their residencies! Despite Match Day celebrations being cancelled due to COVID-19, VCOM students celebrated by sharing their match information over social media. Students Provide COVID-19 Screenings to Las Vegas Population
Recently, students from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine (TUNCOM) and Touro’s School of Physician Assistant Studies provided COVID-19 screenings to the Las Vegas homeless population at Cashman Center. Osteopathic Medical Student Creates Des Moines Childcare and Household Management Resource Network
Sheltering-at-home and social distancing are not options for front-line healthcare employees. Working to provide some relief to these individuals and their families are more than 80 Des Moines University students, representing all eight of DMU’s graduate medical and health sciences programs. Led by osteopathic medical student Sydney Stanley (pictured), they created the Des Moines Childcare and Household Management Resource Network to help with household and childcare tasks for members of the Polk County medical community, from physicians and nurses to pharmacists and custodians. Auburn Chamber Presents Eagle Award to VCOM-Auburn
Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine Auburn Campus (VCOM-Auburn) was presented with an Eagle Award at the recent Auburn Chamber of Commerce 2020 Annual Meeting. LUCOM Celebrates Class of 2020 Match Day
In the wake of COVID-19 and social distancing restrictions, Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine (LUCOM) fourth-year osteopathic medical students virtually celebrated the long-awaited news of their Match on Friday, March 20. Kindness Initiative Fund Started with KPCOM Dean to Help Those with Financial Need Due to COVID-19
What started as a random act of kindness involving a woman paying it forward at a grocery store turned into a collaborative effort as Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine (NSU-KPCOM) showed heart and a willingness to help.

AZCOM, CCOM Students Enrolling in New Master of Public Health Program
Osteopathic students from Midwestern University's Arizona and Illinois campuses have embarked on a new online educational program designed to enhance their future practice opportunities. The new Master of Public Health (MPH) Program is a 56 quarter-credit hour online program that offers interprofessional opportunities to join healthcare teams that link human, animal, and ecosystems health management and employ One Health principles.
