How do I register for Educating Leaders?
Registration will open in December. Click the “Register Now” button. If you are currently signed in to our system, you will be taken to a page with the various registration options for you to select.
If you are not logged into our system, you will be taken to a login page where you will sign on to our system.
Create an AACOM account. After creating the account, you can register for the conference.
From the login page, what do I do next?
If you already have an AACOM account, enter the relevant account information and click “sign in”.
If you do not have an account, you can create one by selecting the “sign up now” button below the blue “sign in” button.
How do I cancel my registration?
You can cancel your registration for a full refund (minus a $100 processing fee) by sending an email to annualconf@aacom.org before March 26, 2026.
Refunds will be made in the same form as original payment.
Cancellations received after March 26, 2026, will not receive a refund.
I am unable to attend may I send a substitute?
Yes, we accept substitutions. Send an email to annualconf@aacom.org with the name and email address of the person who will be the substitute attendee and specifying who the substitution is for.
I am no longer able to attend in person can I switch to online?
No, Educating Leaders 2026 will only be offered as an in-person event.
Will Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit be offered?
Yes, this educational activity is eligible for CME to conference participants who have paid the conference registration fee. More information will be posted once approved.
Are you able to accommodate individuals with disabilities?
