The GME-LDP is a new program within the AACOM Leadership Institute, and is designed by the Academy for Academic Leadership (AAL), in partnership with Assembly of Osteopathic Graduate Medical Educators (AOGME). This program is open to all professionals involved in GME and is geared toward new, current and aspiring GME faculty.

The GME-LDP covers a range of topics including competency-based education, assessment and evaluation, recruitment and retention of residents, and tools to advance your academic career. The program will include group discussions, case studies, role playing, interactive exercises, and presentations to help build and support your professional and personal growth. By focusing on creating a clear bridge between theory and practice, GME-LDP will provide you with new tools and leave you looking at your role through a widened lens.

Learn more about the program, or contact aogme@aacom.org if you have any questions.
