Published December 17, 2020
In collaboration with the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM)’s Educational Council on Osteopathic Principles, Susan Milani, DO, Chair of the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and Associate Professor at the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Harlem campus, has published a video featuring osteopathic exercises that can be done at home to improve breathing and immune function during COVID-19. The exercises can be done both as a preventative measure and if symptoms are present because using the lungs fully helps fight infection. View the exercises.
The videos have also been translated into Spanish, Vietnamese and Mandarin.
