Introducing AACOM's Talent Bank: Fill Out Your Professional Leadership Profile Today

Our association is pleased to introduce the AACOM Talent Bank, a new member benefit that will provide our community with a platform to share their expertise to help promote and grow osteopathic medical education (OME). Housed within the AACOM website, under the “My Profile” tab in the top navigation bar (login required), this new feature allows you to check off your specific interests, expertise and specialties and select the ways you would like to represent the OME community. In the future, AACOM will leverage the Talent Bank to fill roles on national boards, task forces, committees, federal and state commissions and for OME spokespeople for media projects or to mentor students. When you fill out your Talent Bank profile, you are joining a network of individuals dedicated to furthering the reach of excellence in OME.

Please note that registering in the Talent Bank does not mean that you have agreed to serve in a particular role. AACOM will notify you for approval of any specific positions prior to nomination or media outreach. Filling out your profile is the preliminary action you must take to express interest in showcasing your expertise in the future.
