AOGME RFC Alumni: Where Are They Now? Sarah J Wolff, DO

Sarah J Wolff, DO, is an Assistant Professor of family medicine and the Director of Clinical Curriculum at Western University of Health Sciences. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016 from Western University of Health Sciences COMP in Pomona, California, and completed a family residency program at Peace Health in Vancouver, Washington.

Dr. Wolff is committed to osteopathic education, with experience as a family medicine Clinical Preceptor in 2022 and holding various teaching roles over the years. Moreover, she contributed as a member of the AACOM Resident and Fellow Council (RFC), developing educational resources for osteopathic medical students. 

Dr. Wolff holds leadership positions across various organizations. She serves on the board of trustees of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and participates in multiple AOA committees, including the Bureau of OMED, Ethics and Membership Committees, and Membership Workgroup. She is also engaged as a member of the Bureau of Emerging Leaders (BEL). At the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), she serves on the Resident Committee and holds positions on the Leadership Development Committee & New Physicians Committee. Additionally, she is a board member for the Oklahoma Osteopathic Society (OPSO) and currently serves as President. 

Dr. Wolff's commitment to her community goes beyond practicing medicine as she contributes to the Wellness Committee at the hospital, leads innovation clinics, especially in COVID-19 operations. Also, she is the Director of Operations for the Youth Track Program and is actively involved in charitable efforts, notably with the Heatherington Foundation.
