Educating Leaders 2027 is the premier event for osteopathic medical education leaders, administrators, faculty, staff, fellows, trainees and students.
Educating Leaders is a dynamic three-day conference featuring insightful plenary presentations, engaging sessions and innovative programming. Attendees will explore critical, timely issues impacting healthcare and osteopathic medical education nationwide.

How do I register for Educating Leaders?
Click the “Register Now” button (onbe available). If you are currently signed in to our system, you will be taken to a page with the various registration options for you to select.
If you are not logged into our system, you will be taken to a login page where you will sign on to our system.
Create an AACOM account. After creating the account, you can register for the conference.
Does AACOM offer a discount to members of the military?
- Yes, AACOM will offer a 20% discount off the registration fee. Individuals requesting this discount should email annualconf@aacom.org, providing your full name and a copy of your military ID, after which the discount code will be provided.
From the login page, what do I do next?
If you already have an AACOM account, enter the relevant account information and click “sign in”.
If you do not have an account, you can create one by selecting the “sign up now” button below the blue “sign in” button.
How do I cancel my registration?
You can cancel your registration for a full refund (minus a $100 processing fee) by sending an email to annualconf@aacom.org before March 19, 2027.
Refunds will be made in the same form as original payment.
Cancellations received after March 19, 2027, will not receive a refund.
I am unable to attend may I send a substitute?
Yes, we accept substitutions. Send an email to annualconf@aacom.org with the name and email address of the person who will be the substitute attendee and specifying who the substitution is for.
Will Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit be offered?
Yes, this educational activity is eligible for CME to conference participants who have paid the conference registration fee. More information will be posted once approved.
Are you able to accommodate individuals with disabilities?
