Join a Committee

AOGME relies on the commitment of dedicated member volunteers to help administer its programs. Service on an AOGME committee provides an opportunity to connect with peers, develop leadership skills, meet requirements for Fellowship and give back to your professional community. Volunteer commitments vary, but committees may generally meet monthly via conference call.

  • Membership - Assist in recruiting and retaining members in the organization by developing membership campaigns, review membership benefit offerings, etc.
  • Communications Committee - A sub committee of the membership committee, this group helps develop and maintain the AOGME Internet presence on its web page and Facebook and in social media.
  • Education Program Planning Committee - The Education Program Planning Committee is primarily responsible for developing programming for the Annual Meeting and may work to develop small live and virtual educational offerings.
