AACOM Welcomes the 2026–2027 Senior Leadership Development Program Cohort

AACOM is pleased to announce the 2026–2027 Senior Leadership Development Program (SLDP) cohort. This year's class includes 36 fellows representing 31 campuses from colleges of osteopathic medicine across the country.
The fellows represent a broad range of leadership roles and expertise across undergraduate and graduate medical education, clinical affairs, student affairs, research, curriculum, faculty development and academic administration. Over the coming year, they will participate in a comprehensive leadership development experience that includes executive mentoring, collaborative learning and a leadership capstone project focused on addressing challenges in osteopathic medical education.
The cohort will begin with a virtual orientation in July, followed by the first in-person session in August. AACOM looks forward to supporting these emerging leaders as they strengthen their leadership skills, build lasting professional networks and contribute to the future of osteopathic medical education.
