2021-22 Osteopathic Medical College Cost of Attendance

Thirty-seven private and 7 public colleges of osteopathic medicine (COMs) reported data for the 2021-22 Cost of Attendance (COA) Report.  The average total COA for private COMs is $337,144; the annual average COA for private COMs is $84,286.  The average total COA for public COMs is $281,946 while the annual average COA is $70,487.  Combined, private and public COMs have an average total COA of $327,977 with an annual average of $81,994.   

The difference in the average total COA between private and public COMs is $55,198 (17.8%) while the difference in the annual average COA is $13,799 (17.8%).
